CALL FOR COMMENTS The Wyoming Public Service Commission hereby calls for written comments providing input into whether a Wyoming telecommunications company’s receipt of federal A-CAM funding support in 2017 should be included in the Fund Manager’s calculations as a “contribution from the federal universal service fund” pursuant to W.S. § 37-15-501(d) and Commission Rule Chapter 5, Section 1(c)(i). These comments may be filed with the Wyoming Public Service Commission at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne WY 82002, on or before June 6, 2018. Reply comments must be filed on or before June 16, 2018.

Telecommunications Relay Service Surchage
The special per access line surcharge described in W.S. § 16-9-209(a) will increase from eight cents ($0.08) per month to nine cents ($0.09) per month, effective January 1, 2017.
