Notice of 10-Year Energy Facilities Plan

Notice of 10-Year Energy Facilities Plan Black Hills Power, Inc., d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHE) has filed its 10-Year Energy Facilities Plan (EFP) in Docket No. 20002-101-EA-16 (Record No. 14436) for 2016 through 2025. Written comments regarding BHE’s EFP may be filed with the Wyoming Public Service Commission at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, WY 82002, on or before October 12, 2016. BHE’s reply comments in this matter are due on or before November 12, 2016. BHE’s 10-Year EFP will be considered at the Commission’s open meeting on a later date to be determined. Telecommunications Relay Service Surchage
The special per access line surcharge described in W.S. § 16-9-209(a) will increase from eight cents ($0.08) per month to nine cents ($0.09) per month, effective January 1, 2017.
