The Wyoming Universal Service Fund (WUSF) was authorized by the Wyoming Telecommunicatins Act of 1995. The purpose of the WUSF is to assist local exchange carries providing essential telephone services in areas of Wyoming to customers who must pay relatively high rates for such services. The WUSF is part of the Wyoming Public Service Commission (WPSC).



In the matter of the funding requirement and proposed assessment factor for the July 2017 to June 2018 fiscal year of the Wyoming Universal Service Fund (WUSF). Docket No. 90072-42-XO-17 (Record No. 14688) 
Accordingly, written comments regarding confidential treatment of the Fund Manager’s Report pursuant to Commission Rule Chapter 2, Section 30 may be filed with the Wyoming Public Service Commission at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne WY 82002, on or before June 3, 2017. Reply comments must be filed on or before June 17, 2017.
This matter will be discussed and considered at a Commission open meeting held before July 1, 2017.
