Written comments regarding this IRP filing may be filed with the Wyoming Public Service Commission at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, WY 82002 on or before September 15, 2011. Rocky Mountain Power’s reply comments are due on or before October 14, 2011. The 2011 IRP will go to open meeting on November 17, 2011.
