The interest rate is 1.73% per annum for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2012. NOTE: The interest rate provided for in Section 241 is incorporated by reference in Rule Section 250, Electric, Gas, and Water Public Utility Commodity Balancing Account as a Basis for Periodic Pass-On Filings, when a utility charges or collects interest on any over- or under-collected balance in an authorized Commodity Balancing Account.
