RMATS Steering Committee member Steve Waddington is the Executive Director of the Wyoming Infrastructure Authority.  In addition to being one of the founders of RMATS, Waddington served as energy policy advisor to Governor Dave Freudenthal on executive loan from PacifiCorp.  As the WIA puts it, “Waddington has extensive policy-level experience in the western electricity industry, including roles with investor-owned and consumer-owned utilities, and with representing large, electric-intensive industrial consumers.”
