Docket No. 30007-GP-04-67 (Record No. 8959) At the request of its staff, the Commission declined to take formal action on the above docketed application of Frannie-Deaver Utilities requesting authority to pass on a net wholesale gas cost decrease of $0.2174 per MCF. Undocketed - The Commission granted the Wyoming Universal Service Fund Manager an extension of time in which to file the state-wide average local exchange telecommunications service rate and recommended assessment level for the 2004-2005 fiscal year of the fund. 2. Docket No. 80007-WP-04-21 (Record No. 8972) The Commission authorized a Notice and Order approving the above docketed application of Vista West Water Company requesting authority to pass on a net wholesale water cost increase, including line loss, of $0.12 per 1,000 gallons, effective for service rendered on and after April 1, 2004.
