Docket Nos. 20003-EA-04-75 and 30005-GA-04-97 (Record Nos. 8984 and 8985) The Commission authorized an Order granting the motion filed by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 111 to withdraw as an intervenor with regard to the above docketed joint application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company and Black Hills Corporation for authority to transfer all of the issued and outstanding stock of Cheyenne Light to Black Hills.
