2011 Interest Rate Set

The interest rate provided for in Section 241(c) and Section 504(f)(iii) was set November 23, 2010, in Docket No. 90090-5-XO-10. The interest rate is 1.80% per annum for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2011. NOTE: The interest rate provided for in Section 241 is incorporated by reference in Rule Section 250, Electric, Gas, and Water Public Utility Commodity Balancing Account as a Basis for Periodic Pass-On Filings, when a utility charges or collects interest on any over- or under-collected balance in an authorized Commodity Balancing Account.
